The Community Engagement Plan (CEP) outlines an approach for our community to help build the Noyo Harbor Blue Economy Visioning, Resiliency and Implementation (BEVRI) Plan. This document was written in October 2023 and contains background on coastal resiliency planning, a brief explanation of the “Blue Economy,” previous planning efforts related to the blue economy, as well as descriptions of various public engagement strategies to be employed and tools for collecting community input and reporting back out to the community.
